Nestled between Stone Lake, White Oak and the Bob Jones University areas, Dellwood encompasses about 175 homes on Dellwood Drive, Wrenn Street, Coventry Lane, Holmes Drive, Stephens Lane and Alpine Way. See a neighborhood map (pdf format)
Construction on the homes began in 1952 and while most were completed by the mid 1960s, a few new homes have been built in the past several years.
Dellwood has a wide range of residents. Neighbors include young families who have recently moved here and original owners who have called Dellwood home for 40 years or more.
